Robert Sinclair, President of ECM BioFilms, Inc. since December of 2000, earned his A.B. from Dartmouth College and J.D. from Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of ASTM, currently serving as the subcommittee chairman of D20.92 and actively participating in D20.95, D20.96, E50, E60 and E62. Mr. Sinclair is also a member of the International Standards Organization, Society of Plastics Engineers, and Plastics Environmental Division.
